These no-bake protein bars are the best I have made so far. The list of good things about them is almost too good to be true. My fussiest eater loves them! There are only 6 ingredients! And… they are vegan, high in protein and antioxidants and nut free!
2 jars or 340g sunflower butter
1 cup date syrup
1 cup cacao
90g dried cherries
Pulse all ingredients except cherries in a food processor until smooth. Mix cherries in by hand. Line a baking tray with greased parchment paper – I use the reusable kind. Freeze for 10 minutes, flip over and slice into bars.
